Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to Nikah Matches accounts, optional recharge plans, and use of our website and apps.

Account registration

• Creating an account and building your matrimonial profile is free.
• By registering, you confirm that you intend to seek a life partner for nikah and will not use the platform for casual dating or business purposes.
• Violation of our Terms & conditions may result in cancellation of your account with or without notice.

Recharge plans

• Recharge plans are optional and required only to send and view interests beyond free limits, as shown in the app.
• Plan price, duration, and features are displayed before you complete payment via Razorpay.
• No refund is provided for partial use of an active plan, change of mind, or account deletion while a plan is active, except where required by applicable law.
• If a payment fails but amount is debited, Razorpay/bank reversal timelines apply — contact us with your payment reference.

Account deletion

• You may delete your account from Settings in the app at any time.
• No refund is given on voluntary account deletion for any unused portion of a paid recharge plan.
• After deletion, your profile is removed from search and your data is handled per our Privacy policy.

Cancellation by Nikah Matches

• We may cancel or suspend accounts that violate terms, contain false information, or are used for non-matrimonial purposes.
• No refund is issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

Service discontinuation

If Nikah Matches discontinues the service, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. Any refund of unused paid subscription fees, if applicable, will be communicated at that time in line with applicable law.
