By registering on or using Nikah Matches (website, web app, or mobile app), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating a profile.
1. Eligibility and purpose
- You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible for marriage under applicable law.
- You intend to seek a life partner for nikah and will not use this platform for casual dating, friendship, business solicitation, or any non-matrimonial purpose.
- Misuse may result in suspension or removal of your account, with or without notice.
2. Platform role and disclaimer
Nikah Matches is a matrimonial introduction platform only. We help members discover and connect with potential matches; we do not arrange, guarantee, or conduct nikah, and we are not a party to any marriage or family agreement.
All profile information is submitted by members in good faith. We do not independently verify every detail. Nikah Matches does not warrant that any profile is complete, accurate, or truthful. Any action you take based on profile information is at your own risk.
If you proceed toward marriage with a match, you and your family are responsible for your own enquiries — including identity, background, character, and financial standing. Any verification is at your own choice and expense.
3. Member conduct
- All information you provide must be true, accurate, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge.
- You will use the platform respectfully and will not harass, abuse, impersonate, or mislead other members.
- You agree to follow community guidelines and all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Contact details are shared only per platform rules (after mutual acceptance and meeting workflow).
4. Fees and subscriptions
No registration fee. No settlement fee. No success-based commission. No hidden charges. Optional recharge plans unlock interest features while active. See Membership packages for current prices. Plan details are also shown in the app before purchase. See our Refund & cancellation policy.
5. Photos and privacy
- Photos are optional. You may register, appear in search, and send interests without uploading a photo.
- Groom photos may appear in search when uploaded. Bride photos remain protected until interest is accepted and privacy rules allow viewing.
- You must not copy, distribute, or misuse another member's photos or contact details.
6. Account suspension and termination
If your profile is reported, your account will be immediately suspended to maintain discipline. Nikah Matches may also suspend or delete your account at any time for violation of these terms, false information, or conduct harmful to other members or the platform. You may delete your account from Settings at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikah Matches is not liable for any loss, dispute, fraud, misrepresentation, or harm arising from your interactions with other members, whether online or offline, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
